人的健康分为身体健康和心理健康两个层面,高校图书馆员的健康状况在这两个层面都令人堪忧。细菌、电子辐射、机械操作对身体造成慢性侵蚀,工作压力、沟通困难对心理造成长期困扰。呼吁图书馆员树立正确的健商观念,改善工作环境,以多种方式进行身体和心理调节,获得身心健康。

People＇s health is divided into two levels： physical health and mental health.The health of University Librarians at these two levels are worrying. Bacteria, electronic radiation, mechanical operation of the body caused by chronic erosion and work pressure, communication difficulties caused by long-term problems of psychological. This paper calls on the librarians to establish the correct concept of health quotient and improve the working environment, in a variety of ways to carry out physical and mental adjustment, to obtain physical and mental health.
