新建技术应用型本科院校工程教育改革的思考

Reflections on Engineering Education Reforms in Newly-built Technology-applied Universities

针对新建技术应用型本科院校工程教育在人才培养模式和大学素质教育等方面存在的问题,提出要改革和创新新建技术应用型人才培养模式,大力引进高素质、高层次和高水平人才,增加师资数量,提高师资质量,推行"双师制",建设职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构合理的教学团队和科研团队;完善科学教育与人文素质教育有机融合的大学素质教育体系,培养能够适应新型现代技术发展要求的工程领域高级技术应用型人才。对于新建技术应用型本科院校工程教育改革有一定借鉴作用。

Aiming at the problems existing in the talent cultivation mode and quality education of the engi- neering education of newly - built technology - applied universities, this paper puts forward such suggestions as follows ：（1）To reform and innovate talent training mode;（2）Make great efforts to introduce high -quality, high - level and high - standard talents and to increase numbers and quality of teachers, to carry out ＂dual - functional teacher system＂ ,and to build a teaching teams and scientific teams with reasonable structures in terms of professional titles, education backgrounds , and ages;（3）to improve the quality -oriented education systems integrated by scientific education and humanity quality education to cultivate advanced technical - applicable talents meeting the requirements for the emerging modem technological development in engineering field. This paper provides insightful implications for engineering education reforms in newly - built technology - applied universities.
