摘要
校企合作已经成为职业教育沟通学校教育与企业用人之间关系的有效机制,它的开展需要相关的法律来为其保驾护航。目前校企合作的实施中存在着对校企合作权责利规定不明确、法律主体偏向于职业院校、企业利益缺乏法律保障和学生主体性被忽略等问题,亟需对校企合作的相关法律进行改善和修订。
School-enterprise cooperation has become an effective mechanism between school education and company employ persons. It needs some relevant legal to protect. Nowadays, there are some problems： the provisions of rights, responsibilities and interests are not clearly, legal subject tend to the side of the vocational colleges, the interests of enterprise are lack of legal protection, and students＇ subjectivity is ignored, there- fore, the laws of schooll-enterprise cooperation need to be improved and revised.
