金银花对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的保护作用及其机制 被引量:16

Protective Effect of Honeysuckle on Viral Myocarditis in Mice and Its Mechanism

摘要 目的:研究中药金银花对柯萨奇B3(CVB3)病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌的保护作用。方法:将BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,金银花低剂量组、金银花高剂量组,灌胃给药3周。各组于CVB3感染后第7、14、21天分批处死,取心脏做组织病理学检查,同时分别用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫巴比妥酸法测血清、丙二醛(MDA)含量与心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,比较各组小鼠在第7、14、21天心肌组织检测的SOD活性和MDA测定值。结果:高剂量组、低剂量组在第14天、21天小鼠活性均明显高于病毒对照组,MDA含量明显低于病毒对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组、低剂量组在第21天血清SOD活性和MDA含量基本恢复正常;各组小鼠在第7、14、21天心肌组织检测的SOD活性和MDA测定值均出现不同程度的变化,各中药组小鼠心肌炎症性病理变化均明显减轻。结论:金银花能减轻CVB3感染小鼠氧自由基损伤,对VM小鼠心肌具有保护作用。 Objective : To study the protective effect of honeysuckle on Coxsackie B3 (CVB3) in mice with viral myocar- ditis. Methods : BALB/c mice were randomly divided into a normal control group, a model group, a low dose group of ho- neysuckle, a high dose of honeysuckle, with oral administration for three weeks. In each group after CVB3 infection on the 7th, 14th and 21st days take histopathological dase method and thiobarbituric acid method meas examination of heart, and at the same time respectively by xanthine oxi- ure the serum and myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Compare the measured value in the detection of mice according to muscle activity of SOD and MDA on the 7th 14th and 21st days. Results: In low dose and high dose groups mice activity was significantly higher than that of virus control group, and the content of MDA was significantly lower than that of the virus control group on the 14th and 21st days ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; in high dose group, low dose group on the twenty - first day the serum SOD ac- tivity and MDA content returned to normal; the mice were changed differen to muscle tissue SOD activity and MDA. Inflammatory pathological changes tly on the 7th, 14th and 21st days according of mice in each experimental group were re- duced significantly. Conclusion: Honeysuckle can reduce the damage of oxygen free radicals of CVB3 infection mice, which has a protective effect on the myocardium of VM mice.
