丹参饮精品中药与普通中药四种酚性成分的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定丹参饮中丹参素、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B的含量,比较丹参饮精品中药与普通中药上述四种成分的含量变化。方法:采用Genmini 5μm C18110A(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.05%三氟乙酸(B)溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.8 m L/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长288 nm,进样量15μL。结果:在40 min内,丹参饮中丹参素、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B四种酚性成分能够实现完全分离,并且浓度与峰面积在一定范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≤0.999 8。与普通中药相比,丹参饮精品中药中丹参素、丹酚酸B、原儿茶醛和原儿茶酸含量明显增加。结论:该分析方法专属性好,灵敏度高,定量准确,经方法学验证可用于测定丹参饮中四种酚性成分的含量。 Objective: To establish an high performance liquid charomatography(HPLC) method for simultaneous deter- mination of Danshensu, protocatechuic acid, protocatechualdehyde and salvianolic acid B in Salvia mihiorrhiza decoction, and to study the discrepancy of four phenolic constituents between Boutique salvia decoction and common salvia decoction. Methods:Analysis was performed on a Waters Symmetry ClS (4.60 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)column with gradient e- lution of acetonitrile (A) and 0.05 % trifluoroacetie acid (B) at the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. Detection wavelength was 288 nm and column temperature was set at 25℃. Results: Danshensu, protocatechuic acid, protocatechualdehyde and salvianolic acid B had a good linearity in certain ranges, with correlation coefficient r≤0.999 8. Compared with the common salvia decoction, the contents of Danshensu, salviandic acid B, protocatechualdehyde and protocatechuic acid were increased obviously. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate with high stability and good repeatability, which is help- ful to control the quality of salvia miltiorrhiza decoction.
