柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Depression after Tumor by Radix Bupleuri and Modified Longgu Muli Decoction

目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的110例肿瘤后抑郁患者采用简单数字表随机方法,随机分为治疗组55例和对照组55例。治疗组给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减口服中药治疗,每日3次,每次100 m L。对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片,每次早上10 mg口服。连续治疗6周,6周后统计两组患者的HAMD量表积分、临床疗效及药物的副作用。统计两组患者治疗前后生活质量的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者HAMD量表积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率89.10%,对照组总有效率72.73%,两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量的比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),药物副作用的发生率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肿瘤后抑郁优于对照组,服药安全,能明显改善肿瘤后抑郁患者的抑郁状态,提高其生活质量。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Radix Bupteuri and Modified Longgu Muli decoction for the treat- ment of depression after tumor. Methods： 110 cases were according to the inclusion criteria of tumor patients with de- pression by using simple random digital table method. They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 55 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Radix Bupleuri and Modified Longgu Muli decoction, 3 times a day, each time 100 mL. The control group was given Escitalopram Oxalate tablets, orally 10 mg every morn- ing. After 6 weeks of continuous treatment, statistics were collected according to HAMD scale score, clinical efficacy and side effects. The statistics about the changes of life quality of patients were collected before and after treatment in two groups. Results： After treatment, in two groups according to HAMD scale score there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ;in the treatment group, the total efficiency was 89.10%, and in the control group the total effective rate was 72. 73%. In two groups the total efficiency was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the quality of life after treatment in two groups had a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The occurrence rate of side effects was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect oi Radix Bupleuri and Modified Longgu Muli decoction on depression after tumor is supe- rior to that in the control group, with safety of medication. The therapy can significantly improve depression patients with tumor and can improve the quality of life.
