摘要 铁调素(Hepcidin,Hepc)主要是由肝脏产生的维持机体铁稳态的一种低分子抗菌多肽,肾脏是除肝脏以外参与Hepc合成和清除的重要器官,肾脏的近端小管几乎全部重吸收Hepc。狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)累及肾脏时的一种免疫复合物性肾炎,其发病机制目前尚未阐明。越来越多的研究表明,IL-6可使B细胞产生大量自身抗体,在促进LN疾病的发生及发展中发挥了重要作用,而且与疾病的的活动度密切相关。目前研究发现IL-6可通过STAT3途径和HJV-BMP/SMAD信号通路调节Hepc的表达。所以,近年来国外学者逐渐发现Hepc和LN具有相关性,提出了Hepc可能是LN的一个潜在的生物学标志物,本文就通过IL-6阐述Hepc和LN的相关性。 Hepcidin is a novel peptide hormone of hepatic origin.It is mainly to maintain iron metabolism.The kidney is an important organ for the synthesis and excretion of hepcidin in addition to the liver.Most of hepcidin is absorbed from renal proximal tubule.Lupus nephritis is a kind of immune complex nephritis in systemic lupus erythematosus,and its pathogenesis is incompletely understood.A growing number of studies describing IL-6 can make B cells produce a large number of autoantibodies.IL-6 play an important role in development of lupus nephritis disease,and it is closely related to the disease activity.The present study found that IL-6 can expressed hepcidin through the STAT3 and the HJV-BMP/SMAD signaling pathway.Therefore,foreign scholars have found that hepcidin is related to lupus nephritis.They present that hepcidin may be a potential biomarker of lupus nephritis.This paper describes the correlation between hepcidin and lupus nephritis by IL-6.
