On the Construction and Principle of Higher Education Fair Admission Mechanism in China

高等教育入学公平是高等教育公平的核心。促进高等教育入学公平应坚持系统性原则、可持续发展原则、开放原则、公平原则和补偿原则,并籍之以确保高等教育入学公平的各种机制,包括基础教育均衡发展机制、政府投入保障机制、政府主导下的"其他利益相关者"共同参与的教育公共治理机制、资源配置均衡机制、高考政策公平机制、高等教育收费机制、弱势群体补偿机制、高等教育法律保障机制等,从而促进高等教育入学的公平。

The equality of higher education entrance is the core of higher education equity. We should adhere to the principle of system,the principle of sustainable development,the principle of openness,the principle of fairness,the principle of compensation,basic education balanced development mechanism,government investment guarantee mechanism,education public governance mechanism,resource allocation mechanism,fair mechanism of college entrance examination policy,higher education charging mechanism,compensation mechanism of disadvantaged groups,legal guarantee mechanism of higher education,to promote the fairness of higher education enrollment.
