Analysis of Contemporary College Students' Career Psychology:Based on the Perspective of Cu L Te Kim's Decision Types

同质型人力资本条件下的择业心理是影响当代大学生求职成败的关键因素。通过库柳特金个人决策风格原理对当代大学生择业心理进行归类描述,从学校、社会、家庭和自身等四个维度分析其成因,并针对大学生择业心理提出建议,旨在帮助当代大学生从容应对择业,缓解大学生就业压力。

Psychology of choosing occupation under the condition of homogeneous human capital is the key factor affecting the Contemporary College Students applying for a job. This article did classification and description of the psychology of contemporary college students ＇ career choice through Cu L Te Kim ＇s decision types,analyzed the causes from the school,society,family and themselves,at last,the paper put forward some suggestions according to the college students＇ psychological aim to help college students take time for employment and alleviate the pressure of employment.
