人才培养视域下高校循环育人体系建设研究

Research on the System Construction of Circulating Education in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Talent Cultivation

考察高校培养人才的举措,即可发现,高校实行的引领与引荐、研习与见习、实训与实习、创业与就业等育人举措并非相互独立存在,而是相互依存、相互促进,形成循环育人体系。循环育人体系具有目标循环关系和内在的循环关系。为使循环育人工作得到有效开展,需建立四大平台,即"大学生成长指导委员会"、"大学生自我成长互促会"、"大学生专业发展实训平台"、"大学生职业发展平台"。

By analyzing the talents training in colleges and universities,we found that lead and referral,study and practice,practice and experiment,entrepreneurship and employment are dialectical and unified in coordination with the relation. They form a circulating education system which contains target cycle relation and internal four pairs of cyclic relations. We should build ＂College students growth guidance committee＂,＂College Students＇ self- growth mutual promotion＂,＂College Students ＇ professional development training platform ＂,＂college students career development platform＂to effectively carry out the work of circular education.
