通过走访与调研发现,随着生活条件和受教育机会的改善,新社区居民的整体素质较高,但依然存在公共规范意识相对淡薄、不良生活习惯根深蒂固、社交文化和本土文化相对较弱等问题,并与年龄、学历、就业及生活水平等变量有一定的相关性,成为新型城镇化深入推进的瓶颈,必须通过社区与单位的合力、加强文化设施建设、强化社区管理、丰富居民业余生活等途径予以解决。
