社会资本理论视角下非营利性组织信任危机的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Trust Crisis of Non-Profit Organizations from the Perspective of Social Capital Theory

近年来,非营利性组织的负面事件频发,导致组织陷入了信任危机之中。从社会资本理论的视角出发,分析了我国非营利性组织信任危机的表现及产生原因,并分别从完善制度规范社会资本、扩大参与网络社会资本以及重塑信任社会资本三个方面提出相关的对策建议,以化解非营利性组织的信任危机。

In recent years, the negative events of non-profit organizations have led to the crisis of trust. From the perspective of social capital theory, this paper analyzes the performance and causes of trust crisis in non-profit organi- zations in China, and puts forward relevant countermeasures from perfecting social capital, expanding participation social network capital and reshaping trust social capital, in order to resolve the crisis of confidence in the non-profit organization.
