高职学生职业发展教育中的法律意识培养途径探析

The Guidance of Legal Thoughts in the Vocational Development Education of College Students

在高职大学生职业发展教育过程中,对大学生进行法律意识培养,培养其法律素养是建设和谐社会、促进高职学生职业发展能力提高的必然要求。然而,职业发展教育中法律意识培养的现状仍然不尽如人意。鉴于此,建议高职院校通过转变重技能轻法律意识的思想观念,将法律意识培养内容融入职业发展教育的整个课程体系,创新法律意识培养的方式以及打造专业的师资团队等途径建立起法律思想引导的职业发展教育体系。

In the course of career development education of vocational college students, it is the inevitable require- ment to build a harmonious society and promote the vocational development ability of students in higher vocational colleges in order to guide the legal thoughts and cultivate their legal literacy. However, the current situation of legal awareness cultivation in career development education is still not satisfactory. In view of this, it is proposed that higher vocational colleges through the transformation of heavy light skills awareness of legal ideas, legal awareness training content into occupation education development the whole curriculum system, cultivate innovative consciousness of law and the way to build a professional team of teachers and other ways to establish occupation education system de- velopment law guiding ideology.
