摘要
目的:探讨临床一线护士自我效能与赞许需要的相关性。方法:2015年1月~2016年1月我院通过马洛-克罗恩社会赞许量表及一般自我效能量表对357名临床一线护士进行调查。结果:不同年龄、护龄、职称和人事性质的临床一线护士一般自我效能感得分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄、护龄、职称护士赞许需要比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:管理者充分了解临床一线的自我效能与赞许需要采取相关措施,提升护士自我效能,满足临床一线护士的赞许需要,能提高护士工作积极性及职业成就感。
Objective:To discuss the correlation of self - efficiency and desirability demand of clinical front - line nurses. Methods:From January 2015 to January 2016, our hospital investigated 357 clinical front - line nurses with Marlowe - Crohn social desirability scale and general serf - efficiency scale. Re- suits:Through the comparison of self- efficiency scores of clinical front -lien nurses of different ages, nursing years, title and personnel nature, it was sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ; through the comparison of desirability of nurses of different age, nursing years and title, it was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The managers fully understood that relevant measures taken for the self - efficiency and desirability demand of the clinical front - line nurses improved the nurses' self - efficiency, met the desirability demand of the clinical front - line nurses, and could improve the nurses' work incen- tives and occupational sense of achievement.
