ICE调查对社区服务中心就诊患者不良心理及睡眠质量的影响研究

Research on influence of ICE investigation on unhealthy psychology and sleep quality of patients receiving treatment in community service center

目的:研究分析ICE调查对社区服务中心就诊患者不良心理及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2014年11月~2015年12月于社区服务中心就诊的160例患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则以患者ICE调查结果为根据进行干预,然后将两组患者干预前后不良心理状态及睡眠质量采用HAD量表、POMS量表及PSQI量表进行评估。结果:干预后观察组的HAD量表、POMS量表及PSQI量表的评估结果均明显好于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:患者ICE调查对社区服务中心就诊患者不良心理及睡眠质量的影响相对更为积极,对于患者的各方面状态改善作用明显。

Objective:To research and analyze the influence of ICE investigation on the unhealthy psychology and sleep quality of patients receiving treatment in the community service center.Methods:Selected 160 patients receiving treatment in the community service center from November 2014 to December2015 as the research object,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random,the control group was give routine nurse,while the observation group was interfered with based on the patients' ICE investigation result,and then the unhealthy psychological state and sleep quality of patients in the two groups before and after interference were evaluated with HAD scale,POMS scale and PSQI scale.Results:After interference,the evaluation results of HAD scale,POMS scale and PSQI scale were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients' ICE investigation had more positive influence on the unhealthy psychology and sleep quality of patients receiving treatment in the community service center,with the patients' states improved significantly.
