摘要
结合现代生产技术与传统工艺,以崇明岛及周边区域优质新鲜的白山羊肉为主要原料,配以黄酒、酱油和香辛料等辅料,研制出一种风味良好、营养丰富且食用方便的新型软罐头食品。
Combining modern production technology and traditional technology, using high quality fresh white lamb in Chongming island and the surrounding area as the main raw materialin,with rice wine,soy sauce and spices such as auxiliary materials,developed a good flavor,rich nutrition and convenient new soft canned food.
