摘要
以新疆玫瑰花为研究对象,建立玫瑰花中二十八烷醇的GC-FID检测方法。样品经提取、皂化和浓缩后进行气相色谱分析,采用氢火焰离子化检测器测定二十八烷醇的含量。结果表明,在400~1 600μg/m L质量浓度范围内,该方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.987 0,精密度试验RSD为0.85%,检出限为1.5μg/m L,提取的玫瑰花粗蜡质中二十八烷醇含量为23.16%。
Taking Xinjiang Rose as the subject of research,a determination method about content of octacosanol of rose is established with GC-FID. The method consists of extraction,saponification,concentration and GC analysis. The GC analysis is carried out by using hydrogen flame ionization detector. The results show that there is a good linear relationship(R2=0.987 0)in the range of 400-1 600 μg/m L,with the relative standard deviation of precision(RSD) is 0.85% and the limit of detection(LOD) is 1.5 μg/m L. Octacosanol content is 23.16% in the crude wax.
