稳消II方对腹主动脉粥样硬化模型兔脂质代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察稳消II方对动脉粥样硬化模型兔脂质代谢的影响,探讨其防治动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。方法:将38只健康新西兰大白兔随机分为空白组9只和造模组29只。空白组予标准饲料,造模组予高脂饲料喂养8周,第8周末随机处死2只。造模成功后随机分为稳消II方干预组(9只)、辛伐他汀对照组(9只)、模型对照组(9只),并改用标准饲料喂养。分别予相应药物灌胃干预8周[模型对照组与空白对照组均予生理盐水10 m L/(kg·d)]。分别于第0、8、16周末进行耳缘静脉采血,检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、Cr、BUN、UA、CK水平。结果:稳消II方干预组、辛伐他汀对照组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于模型对照组,HDL-C水平高于模型对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。稳消II方干预组、辛伐他汀对照组与空白对照组比较,TC、TG水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);稳消II方干预组、辛伐他汀对照组LDL-C、HDL-C水平高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。稳消II方干预组与辛伐他汀对照组比较,TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。稳消II方组、辛伐他汀组干预前后自身对照比较,TC、LDL-C、TG水平均显著下降,HDL-C水平明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳消II方可降低动脉粥样硬化兔TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL-C水平,调节脂质代谢,改善和延缓动脉粥样硬化,且其对实验兔ALT、AST、Cr、BUN、UA、CK无不良影响。 Objective: To observe the effect of different doses of Wenxiao Ⅱ decoction on lipid metabolism in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits, and to explore its mechanism in treating atherosclerosis. Methods: The 38 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups according to the weight: the blank control group with 9 rabbits and the model group with 29 rabbits, regardless of male or female. Except for those in the blank group, all rabbits were fed with a high-cholesterol diet. After 8 weeks, two rabbits randomly from the model group were killed to confirm whether the model is successful or not. Tben, the model group was randomly divided into three groups: Wenxiao Ⅱ decoction group, simvastatin group and model control group, fed with standard diet rather than the high-fat diet. Give the corresponding medication orally 8 weeks [blank con- trol group and model control group feed with 0.9% NS 10 mL(kg·d)]. Respectively, to test TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, AST, Cr, BUN, UA, CK levels on the 0,8,16 weekend through the ear vein blood collection. Results: Compared with the model group, TC, TG and LDL-C levels were significantly lower while HDL-C levels increase a lot in Wenxiao Ⅱ decoction group and simvastatin group, of which has meaningful statistics significance (P〈0.05). Compared with the blank control group, TC, TG levels of both Wenxiao Ⅱ decoction group and simvastatin group has no statistical difference (P〉0.05). LDL-C, HDL-C levels decreased, and statistically significant (P〈0.05). Compared with the simvastatin group, the TC, TG and LDL-C,HDL-C levels of Wenxiao Ⅱ decoction group were not significantly different (P〉0.05). The levels of TC, LDL-C and TG decreased apparently,and the level of HDL-C increased significantly 'after treatments both in Wenxiao Ⅱ decoetiuu group and simvastatin group, and there was statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conelusion: Wenxiao Ⅱdecoction can reduce TC, TG, LDL-C, increased HDL-C levels, regulate lipid metabolism effeet, and prevent the occurrence of atheroselerosis.
