摘要
目的:将膜分离技术应用于麦冬多糖的纯化工艺。方法:通过对微滤效果、膜的清洗和再生等方面进行研究,确定最佳适宜于麦冬多糖纯化的陶瓷膜孔径。结果:0.1μm孔径无机陶瓷膜适合麦冬多糖的纯化;在室温、运行压力为0.15 Mpa的条件下对麦冬水提液进行陶瓷膜微滤,多糖的透过率为98.5%,纯度达84.8%,从所得多糖的纯度和量方面比较,其纯化效果优于高速离心法、直接减压浓缩法。结论:应用膜分离技术纯化麦冬多糖,在技术上是可行的,具有实际应用价值。
Objective: To apply the membrane separation technology in the separahon and purltlcatlon ot Ophiopogonis japonicus polysaccharide. Methods: In order to determine the optimum ceramic membrane pore size for separation and purification of Ophiopogonis japonicus potysaccharide, membrane microfiltration efficiency, membrane cleaning and flux recovery ratio, were investigated. Results: The results indicated that the suitable pore size of ceramic microfiltration was 0.1μm. Using ceramic membrane with 0.1μm pore size to separate and purify polysaccharide from Ophiopogonis japonicas water extract at room temperature and at filtering pressure of 0.15 MPa, the permeability ratio was 98.5% and the purity of polysaccharide product was up to 84.8%. Compared with vacuum decompression concentration method and high speed centrifugal method, ceramic micro- filtration method was more easier to separate and purify Ophiopogonis japonicus polysaccharide. Conclusion: It is technically feasible to apply the membrane separation technology in the separation and purification of Ophiopogonis japonicus polysaccharide. This method is of practical application value.
