滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗髋关节一过性滑膜炎的临床研究

Effect of Guyan Ointment(骨炎膏) combined with Huamoyan Tang(滑膜炎汤) on Transient Synovitis of the Hip

目的:探讨滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗髋关节一过性滑膜炎的作用及疗效。方法:将92例髋关节一过性滑膜炎患者分为治疗组48例与对照组44例。对照组采用患肢制动,避免负重,水平皮牵引限制活动等治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用滑膜炎汤口服和骨炎膏外敷。结果:治疗组治疗持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),Harris评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗前、后两组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为88.6%;两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗髋关节一过性滑膜炎有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Guyan Ointment （骨炎膏） combined with Huamoyan Tang （滑膜炎汤） applied in the treatment of transient synovitis of the hip （TSH） in children. Methods： The 92 patients with TSH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in treatment group and 44 cases in control group. Ttle control group was given treatment included immobilization, traction. The treatment group was given Guyan Ointment combined with Huamoyan Tang based on the treatment of the control group. Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment group had the short duration of treatment （P〈 0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the Harris scores and the VAS scores before and after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Treatment group effective rate was 95.8%, the control group was 88.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guyan Ointment combined with Huamoyan Tang has good clinical curative effect on TSH.
