中药穴位贴敷联合护理干预治疗COPD稳定期肺肾气虚证患者的疗效观察

Effect of Acupoint Application of TCM combined with Nursing Intervention on Stable COPD Patients with Lung and Kidney Qi Deficiency

目的:探究中药穴位贴敷联合护理干预治疗COPD稳定期肺肾气虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:选取100例COPD稳定期脾肺气虚证患者按数字表格法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50人,其中对照组按患者病情需要给予化痰、解痉平喘等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加以中药穴位贴敷的方法,30天为1个疗程,两组均治疗60天。检测治疗后的临床疗效,对比患者治疗前后咳嗽,咳痰,气短的症状积分情况。结果:治疗结束后,统计两组患者临床症状改善程度,经统计后可见治疗组患者治疗后总有效率为86.0%,与对照组患者68.0%的总有效率相比,治疗组明显高于对照组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后结束后,组内比较临床症状积分,结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组患者临床症状积分明显下降,组外比较结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药穴位贴敷利用药物渗透作用,将药物通过体表肌肤作用于穴位经络,利用穴位经络功效调节机体功能有效改善肺肾气虚症状,再联合护理干预,可增加治疗效果,对COPD稳定期肺肾气虚证患者,对临床具有指导意义。

Objective： To observe the effect of acupoint application of TCM combined with nursing intervention on stable COPD patients with lung and kidney Qi deficiency. Methods： The 100 stable COPD patients with lung qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 50 cases, the control group was given phlegm, spasmolysis to smooth wheezing, on the basis of the control group, the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking method for 10 days, 30 days for a period of treatment, two groups were treated 60 days. Detect the clinical efficacy of after the treatment, compared with patients before and ＇after coughing, coughing up phlegm and shortness of breathe symptoms integral situation. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.0%, the control group was 68.0%, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the clinical symptoms scores of the two groups both decreased （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, experimental group decreased obviously （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine acupoint sticking cart effectively improve the symptoms of lung and kidney deficiency, increase the therapeutic effect in patients with COPD.
