儿科护理管理中安全管理的应用研究

STUDY ON THE APPLICATION EFFECT OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN PEDIATRIC NURSING MANAGEMENT

目的探讨安全管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果,为患儿提供安全的就医环境。方法选取山东省临沂市中医医院2015年2月至2016年2月间收治的患儿320例为研究对象,其中女182例,男138例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各160例。对照组患儿采用常规的护理干预措施;观察组患儿采用精心的安全管理护理干预,将安全管理应用到日常护理管理之中,观察分析两组护理满意度及风险的防护管理情况。结果观察组患儿的护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护患纠纷发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论安全管理在儿科护理管理中的应用有效降低了医疗纠纷的发生,提高了护理满意度,对改善儿科护理质量具有明显的效果。

Objective To study the application effect of safety management in the pediatric nursing management.Methods 320 children including 182 females and males treated in this hospital from February,2015 to February,2016 were treated were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 160 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine care interventions,while the observation group was treated with the safety management.Patients＇ satisfaction and risk management in both groups were analyzed.Results The satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.ConclusionSafety management can reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and improve nursing satisfaction in the pediatric nursing management.
