舒喉止咳贴治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFECT OF ACUPOINT APPLICATION OF SHUHOUZHIKE PLASTER IN TREATING LARYNGEAL COUGH

目的探讨使用舒喉止咳贴治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取门诊收治的103例喉源性咳嗽患者,且中医辩证为风邪犯肺和阴虚肺燥型,临床随机分为两组。风邪犯肺型用舒喉止咳贴1号,阴虚肺燥型用舒喉止咳贴2号,对照组用桂林西瓜霜片贴敷。1周为一疗程,比较2个疗程后两组患者的临床疗效及症状体征改善情况。结果观察组痊愈13例、显效33例,总有效率为86.79%;对照组治愈0例、显效19例,总有效率为38.00%,两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组临床症状与体征改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒喉止咳贴治疗喉源性咳嗽,临床疗效好,简便易行,安全可靠,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of shuhouzhike plaster in treating laryngeal cough.Methods 103 cases of laryngeal cough with lung dryness due to yin deficiency or wind evil invading lung were randomized into the observation group and the contrast group.In the observation group,the cases of wind evil invading lung were given shuhouzhike plaster 1,and the cases of yin deficiency were given shuhouzhike plaster 2.The contrast group was given Guilin watermelon tablets.The course of treatment for both groups lasted 7days.The clinical effect,the symptoms and signs in the two groups were compared after two courses of treatment.Results In the observation group,13 patients were cured,33 got marked improvement,and the total effective rate was 86.79%.In the contrast group,no cases were cured,19 were got marked effect,and the total effective rate was 38.00%.There existed significant difference between the groups（P 〈0.01）.As for symptoms and signs,the observation group got better effect than the contrast group（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion The acupoint application of shuhouzhike plaster can produce good curative effect on laryngeal cough.
