摘要
对教师参加培训前后问题关注情况进行调查,既可借此评估其专业发展状况,也可借此评估培训效果并为制定更有针对性的培训方案提供依据。本研究通过对青海省国培班69名农村幼儿园教师在培训前后对四类问题关注程度的问卷调查,发现培训后教师对四类问题的关注水平都有显著提高,表明培训效果较好,这为农村幼儿园教师的培训提供了若干有益经验:(1)坚持“专而精”的培训目标定位。(2)建立以需求评估、课程指引、过程管理和效果评估为核心的培训体系。(2)注意平衡培训中“顺应”和“引领”的关系,以促使教师形成可持续发展能力。
Investigation on teachers' concerns before and after they take the training courses can be used to understand teachers' professional development, evaluate the training courses and optimize future training plan. Using questionnaire, the authors investigated the changes of 69 rural kindergarten teachers' concern about four types of issues before and after they took the national level training courses. It is found that after training teachers are much more concerned about the four types of issues, showing the good results of the training. It is also suggested that (1) a professional and sophisticated training object should be determined; (2) a system should be established which is composed of requirement assessment, curriculum guideline, process management and effect evaluation; and (3) the balance between, adaptation and guidance must be kept in the training to promote teachers' sustainable development ability.
