摘要
以国内某冶炼公司现用传统铜电解槽的流场分布为研究对象,利用COMSOL仿真软件对该传统电解过程中的槽内流场分布情况进行分析,得出槽内各区域电解液的流动情况以及流速变化等。进而为电解槽结构的优化以及流场参数的合理选取提供相关参考。
The flow field distribution in traditional copper electrolytic cell from a domestic smelting enterprise in the process of traditional copper electrolysis was analyzed by COMSOL simulation software.The electrolyte flow situation of copper electrolytic cell at varied zone and the change of flow velocity data were presented,which provided a reference to optimize structure of cell and the reasonable selectionparameters of flow field.
