摘要
由于铝合金缸盖铸件结构复杂,壁厚偏薄且厚度不均,铸造难度大,在实际生产过程中经常出现缩松缺陷。通过增加冷铁,解决了铸件缩松问题,提高了产品合格率。
It is difficult to produce aluminum cylinder head by casting because of its complex structure with its uneven wall thickness.In pratical production,some casting defects,such as shrinkage porosity,easily appear.Through application of chills,the shrinkage porosity in aluminum ly linder head was eliminated.The casting's quality and qualified rate of the aluminum cylinder head were improved,and the cost of production was decreased.
