摘要
在ZL114A铝合金薄壁铸件机械加工过程中,采用冷热循环处理工艺对工件进行稳定化处理。处理后的检测结果表明,工件表面应力值和内部残余应力降低;零件变形显著减小,尺寸稳定性增强。与此同时,随着冷热循环处理次数的增加,铝合金机体内析出新相且析出相组织细化,分布更加均匀;铝合金机体内位错组织增多变细,分布更加弥散。处理后工件本体力学性能变化很小,满足零件性能要求。
During machining processes of the ZL114 A aluminum alloy thin wall castings, the stabilization treatments for the work pieces by using of thermal-cooling cycling treatment technology have been carried out.The inspection results after the treatments show that the surface stress values and internal residual stresses are decreased; the deformation of the parts is greatly reduced and the dimensional stability is improved. At the same time, with increasing of treatment times, new precipitated phases are found in the aluminum alloy microstructures and the precipitated phases become refined and uniform; more dislocations appear in the aluminum alloy microstructures and become thinner and more dispersed. The mechanical properties of the work pieces after the treatments change little and satisfy the performance specifications of the parts.
