Death and Living:Reflection into the Prospects of Domestic Criminology Research Institutes

对我国犯罪学研究机构从属性上进行类型分析,科研型是应运而生,行政型是应命而存,实体型是应需而发,不同形态的研究机构均面临困境,也有着自己的发展时机,如何克服困境、大胆创新、抓住时机,是非常关键的。在未来我国犯罪学研究机构需要进一步创新类型与形态,以适应社会发展之需要;加强内部造血功能,从"资合"走向"人合",形成"事合";在国际化迈进上需要进一步提高自己的交流、融合能力,获得国际的支持与合作。

Based on the categorized analysis of domestic criminology research institutes in terms of their attributes, those oriented to scientific research are born for demand, administrative ones live a destined life and research entities are developed from necessity. Both adversities and opportunities are faced by all of the three categories. Thus it is crucial to overcome the adversity, energetically innovate and seize the opportunities. In the future, it is imperative for domestic criminology research institutes to further innovate types and forms to adopt themselves to the demand of society. They ought to enhance the function of interior cycling,altering themselves from fund-oriented to human-oriented and ultimately to affair-oriented. Stronger capabilities for communication and integration need to be promoted in internationalization in order to attain international support and collaboration.
