微信在极大改变人们传统生活交流方式、优化人际社交模式的同时,因其自身尚存的技术缺陷及监管方面存在的法律漏洞,导致微信也在一定程度上逐步成为网络犯罪、金融犯罪、诈骗犯罪等一系列传统犯罪的新型平台。与传统传销模式相比,微信传销作为一种新型犯罪模式,具有更大的迷惑性和隐蔽性,正在向更广域的范围扩散,日益威胁和危害着国家经济安全和社会稳定,公安机关必须采取得力措施,努力破解微信传销犯罪治理中现存的困境和难题,对其进行严密防范和严厉打击,有效遏制微信传销犯罪的泛滥势头。

Despite its merits of altering styles of living and communication and optimizing social intercourse,Wechat App has atso emerged as a new platform for cybercrime,financial crime,fraud and other traditional crimes due to its own technical defects and legislative flaws in regulation. Wechat- facilitated multi-level selling,a new mode of committing crime,is more deceptive,more thickly disguised and is spreading to more extensive ranges. Confronted with this looming and growing threat to our national economic security and social stability,public security agencies are imperative to take effective measures to solve the difficulties hindering the investigation of this crime,exercise tight prevention and strict combats and contain its overswelling tendency.
