摘要
企业能源管理信息系统是企业节能降耗的重要工具,也是企业现代化管理的必要手段。企业的能源管理信息化的架构设计和实现目标是企业用户在建设信息化管控平台中需要研究的重要环节。能源管理信息系统是融合自动化技术、信息化技术和系统节能技术于一体的管控平台。本文根据某企业能源管理的现状和需求,重点阐述了企业EMIS的建设目标、能源管理功能设计,以实现其能源生产、转换、输配、消耗全过程的精细化管理,从而达到降低企业经营成本和能源消耗,提高企业整体竞争力。
Energy management information system is not only an important tool for enterprises to save energy and reduce con- sumption,but also the necessary means of enterprise modernization management. Energy management information architecture design and implementation goal of the enterprise is an important part to studying for the enterprise users in the construction of in- formation management and control platform. Energy management information system with one of the management and control platform is the integration of automation technology, information technology and system energy saving technology. According to the current situation and demand for energy management in the enterprise, the construction target and energy management function of enterprise EMIS are expounded in order to achieve its energy production, conversion, distribution and consumption of the whole process of meticulous management, so as to reduce operating costs and energy consumption with improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
