卵巢癌患者血清25-羟基维生素D、维生素D结合蛋白与Treg细胞及临床病理特征间的关联研究

The Relationship between Serum 25(OH)D,VDBP,Treg and Clinical Pathologic Characteristics of Ovarian Cancer Patients

目的:探讨血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]及维生素D结合蛋白(VDBP)水平在卵巢癌患者中的变化、意义及其与调节性T细胞(Treg)和卵巢癌临床病理特征间的关系。方法:随机选取58例卵巢癌患者,同时选取30例卵巢良性病变患者为卵巢良性病变组及30例同期体检健康老年女性作为对照组。化学发光法检测研究对象血清25(OH)D浓度,ELISA法检测VDBP浓度,流式细胞术检测外周血Treg细胞比例,统计学分析其在三组中的差异,并分析其与临床特征间的关联。结果:与卵巢良性病变组和对照组相比,卵巢癌患者血清25(OH)D浓度显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌患者血清VDBP浓度与卵巢良性病变组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义。卵巢良性病变组其血清25(OH)D浓度相较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。25(OH)D浓度在不同种病理类型患者中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而晚期(Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期)患者血清25(OH)D浓度显著下降,低于Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌患者血清25(OH)D浓度与Treg细胞比例间呈显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌患者血清25(OH)D浓度显著下降,并与临床分期及Treg细胞密切相关。

Objective：The aim of this study was to determine the changes and clinical significance of serum 25（OH）D,VDBP and their relationship with frequency of treg cells and clinical pathologic characteristics of ovarian cancer patients.Methods：A total of 58 ovarian cancer patients were included in this study.30age-matched healthy women and 30 patients with benign ovarian tumorous lesions served as controls.Serum 25（OH）D levels were determined by chemiluminescence and VDBP was mesured by ELISA.Flow cytometry was used to determine the frequencies of Treg cells.Statistical software was used to analyze the relation between 25（OH）D,VDBP and clinical pathologic characteristics of ovarian cancer and treg cells.Results：The levels of serum 25（OH）D were decrease significantly in ovarian cancer patients when compared with controls（P〈0.05）.However,there was no significant difference between serum VDBP levels in three groups.Levels of serum 25（OH）D was not related with histological types,while with clinical phase gradually decreased.And Treg were negatively related to 25（OH）D,and no corelation with VDBP was found.Conclusion：Serum 25（OH）D was decrease in ovarian cancer patients,and was related with treg and clinical phase,suggesting it may involve in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer.
