醇类免洗手消毒液和无醇类免洗手消毒液对多药耐药菌的杀菌效果比较

Effects of alcohol-base hand disinfectants and alcohol-free hand disinfects on sterilization of multidrug-resistant bacteria:a comparative study

目的比较醇类免洗手皮肤消毒液和无醇免洗手消毒液两种产品对多药耐药菌的杀菌情况。方法采用悬液定量法,以耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌17株、泛耐药铜绿假单细胞菌15株、产ESBLs大肠杆菌12株等多药耐药菌为实验组;以金黄色葡萄球菌20株、铜绿假单胞菌19株、大肠杆菌15株为对照组,对比两种产品对各种菌种的杀灭情况。结果醇类免洗手消毒液对于耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、泛耐药性铜绿假单胞菌、产ESBLs大肠杆菌等多药耐药菌的杀灭对数均大于5,对于金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数也都大于5;无醇免洗手消毒液对于耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、泛耐药性铜绿假单胞菌、产ESBLs大肠杆菌等多药耐药菌的杀灭对数均大于5,对于金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数也都大于5。结论醇类免洗手皮肤消毒液和无醇免洗手消毒液这两种免洗手皮肤消毒液对多药耐药菌以及其对应非耐药菌的杀灭效果均十分优秀,值得信赖。

OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of alcohol-base hand.disinfectant and alcohol-free hand disinfects on sterilization of multidrug-resistant bacteria. METHODS By means of suspension quantitative method, the multi- drug-resistant bacteria, including 17 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, 15 strains of pandrug- resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and 12 strains of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli, were assigned as the ex- perimental group; 20 strains of S. aureus, 19 strains of P. aeruginosa, and 15 strains of E. coli were set as the control group. The killing logarithm value of the various species of bacteria was observed and compared between the two products. RESULTS The killing logarithm value of the alcohol-base hand disinfectants against the methicil- lin-resistant S. aureus, pandrug-resistant P. aeruginosa, and ESBLs-producing E. coli was more than 5, and the killing logarithm value against the S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, and E. coli was also more than 5. The killing log- arithm value of the alcohol-free hand disinfects against the methicillin-resistant S. aureus, pandrug-resistant P. aeruginosa, and ESBLs-producing E. coli was more than 5, and the killing logarithm value against the S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, and E. coli was also more than 5. CONCLUSION Both alcohol-base hand disinfectants and alcohol- free hand disinfects can achieve excellent effects on killing the multidrug-resistant bacteria and non-drug resistant bacteria, which are reliable.
