摘要
衣原体是一种专性胞内寄生的病原微生物,种间组织嗜性有差异,有些还是人兽共患病病原菌;其感染部位广泛、途径多,临床以沙眼、肺炎和泌尿生殖道感染多见;鹦鹉热衣原体还曾作为经典的生物战剂;衣原体由于胞内寄生,致病机制复杂,本文从三型分泌系统、衣原体质粒、脂多糖、新发现毒力因子CT135和CPAF蛋白这五个方面简要综述了衣原体的致病机制,提出以鹦鹉热衣原体为模型研究衣原体属致病机制的优越性,为进一步深入分析衣原体的致病机制提供参考。
OBJECTIVE Chlarnydia are obligate intraeellular parasitic pathogenic microorganisms, the species vary in tissue tropism, and some species are zoonotic pathogens. They result in a wide range of sites of infection via a variety of approaches; the clinical cases of trachoma, pneumonia, and genitourinary tract infection are most common. Chlamydia psittaci used to be served as the classic biological warfare agents. Because of the intracellular parasitism and the complex pathogenic mechanisms, the paper briefly describes the pathogenic mechanisms from five aspects type 3 secretory system, Chlamydia plasmid, lipopolysaccharide, novel virulence factor CT135, and CPAF so as to provide guidance for further analysis of the pathogenic mechanisms of Chlamydia.
