摘要 探讨EMS第四代超声气压弹道碎石系统的基本原理、常见故障现象及维修经验。通过了解Litho Clast的结构组成,结合维修经验,采用手动调节气阀、重新连接胶管等方式,对气压弹道、连接回路、功率不稳等问题进行故障分析排除。在日常使用中,系统应该由专人负责保管,要求工程师熟悉超声气压弹道碎石系统仪器原理,加强仪器的日常保养和维护,保证仪器在最佳状态下工作,才能最大程度发挥其长处。 The paper explored the principles, common faults and maintenance experiences of the intracorporeal ultrasonic and pneumatic combined lithotripter-Litho Clast(EMS-IV). We analyzed and cleared faults in some cases such as the excess pressure, power instability, connect circuits by understanding the principles and structure, combined with maintenance experiences of the equipment. In the daily use of lithotripter-Litho Clast, a special staff should be assigned to take responsibility for the system, the engineer should be familiar with the principles of the instrument, and the routine maintenance should be strengthened to ensure that the instruments work in the best condition to maximize the strengths of lithotripter-Litho Clast.
