太赫兹波对小鼠活体成像的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究太赫兹波对正常小鼠和MG-63荷瘤小鼠活体的快速显像情况。方法利用华中科技大学武汉光电国家实验室连续太赫兹成像系统,进行正常小鼠和MG-63荷瘤小鼠活体的太赫兹波显像。结果正常小鼠心脏区域出现强烈吸收信号,活体MG-63荷瘤小鼠体内心脏区域和瘤体组织处均出现较强吸收信号。结论太赫兹波能对MG-63荷瘤小鼠活体体内恶性肿瘤组织特异性显像,可作为一种新的检测手段应用于临床。 Objective To observe the fast imaging of terahertz wave in normal and MG-63 tumor-bearing mice.Methods The continuous terahertz imaging was performed in normal mice and MG-63 tumor-bearing mice in vivo by the continuous terahertz imaging system from Wuhan national laboratory for optoelectronics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.Results The strong absorption signals were appeared in the heart region of normal mice,while the cardiac and tumor tissue region of the MG-63 tumor-bearing mice appeard high absorption signals.Conclusion Terahertz wave is sensitive to image on the MG-63 tumor-bearing mice in vivo,which can be used as a new tool for clinical examination.
