体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染与血脂异常的相关性分析

Correlation Between Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Dyslipidemia in Populations Undergoing Healthy Examination

目的探讨本地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染状况与脂代谢异常的关系。方法2366例健康体检者以^(14)C尿素呼气试验(^(14)C urea breath test,^(14)C-UBT)检测了Hp感染的情况,分析体检人群Hp感染的性别、年龄分布特点。^(14)C-UBT值≥100dpm/mmol CO_2为Hp阳性的判断标准,分为Hp阳性组(n=691)和Hp阴性组(n=1675),比较2组血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)及高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)水平以及血脂异常的发生率。结果体检人群总体Hp感染率为29.21%,男性28.46%,女性30.14%,性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各年龄段Hp感染率不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);40~49岁组感染率为35.18%,明显高于总体水平。20~29岁组Hp感染率为22.16%,明显低于总体水平。Hp阳性组血脂异常发生率与Hp阴性组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染与血脂异常的关系尚不明确,有待深入研究。

Objective To investigate Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection status in local population underwent healthy examination and the relationship between Hp infection and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 2366 individuals underwent healthy examination were received 14C urea breath test（14C-UBT）to detect the Hp infection（14C-UBT value≥100dpm/mmol,Hp positive）,and divided into Hp positive group（n=691）and Hp negative group（n=1675）.The Hp infection status was analysed by gender and ages.The difference of serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein（HDL）and the rate of dyslipidemia between Hp positives and the negatives were compared.Results The overall Hp infection rate in healthy population was 29.21%,28.46% was in male and 30.14%in female（P〉0.05）.There were significant difference in different age groups（P〈0.05）.Among all age groups,the highest Hp infection rate was observed in40-49 years group,and the lowest was in20-29 years group.The serum TC of Hp positives was higher than negatives.But for rate of dyslipidemia,there were no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The Hp infection rates are different by ages.The association between Hp infection and dyslipidemia is still unclear and awaits further investigations.
