摘要
目的建立胃痛宁片中咖啡酸的含量方法,以便有效控制胃痛宁片的质量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%乙酸水溶液(23∶77);流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);柱温:40℃;检测波长为322nm。结果咖啡酸在3.28~43.74μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为99.82%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论建立的方法准确,简便,重现性好,可用于胃痛宁片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of Caffeic Acid in Weitongning Tablets by HPLC.METHODS HPLC was developed to determine Caffeic Acid with UV absorptions at 322 nm.Its Mobile phase was consisted of -2% of methanol glacial acetic acid（23∶77）.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min（-1）.The column temperature was 40℃.RESULTS Caffeic Acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.28-43.74μg·mL（-1）（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 99.82%,RSD was 0.65%（n=6）.CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Weitongning Tablets.
