摘要
目的同时测定复方氨酚烷胺片中有效组分对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏和毒性副产物对氨基酚的含量。方法采用正交设计的试验方法,配制各组分的混合标准溶液,建立组分浓度与多波长吸光度下的多元线性回归模型,通过SPSS统计软件对模型结果进行分析。结果对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏、咖啡因与对氨基酚标准液浓度与特定波长下吸光度建立的多元线性回归方程回归系数分别为0.994、0.794、0.960、0.855。结论多元线性回归模型有较好的分析能力,可在不进行分离的基础上完成复方氨酚烷胺制剂中多组分含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of paracetamol,caffeine,chlorphenamine maleate and amino phenol in Compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets.METHODS Prepared the standard solution of each composition by orthogonal test method and established the multivariate linear regression model of component concentration and the multiwavelength absorbance,the results were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.RESULTS The Regression coefficient of paracetamol,caffeine,chlorphenamine maleate and amino phenol were 0.994,0.794,0.960 and 0.855,respectively.CONCLUSION Multiple linear regression model has good analytical ability,it can be finished the determination of multi-component content of compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets without the separation.
