上海市普通精神科医师胜任特征模型的构建

Establishment of competency model of general psychiatrists in Shanghai City

目的构建上海市普通精神科医师胜任特征模型,为上海市精神科医师的培养及选聘提供依据。方法采用文献法、结构式访谈法以及专家校验法收集纳入胜任特征模型的特征条目,形成初始模型,并编制成问卷,进行调查及数据分析,构建并验证胜任特征模型的信度和效度。结果构建了包括新型素质要求、综合能力、人际互动和精神科专业能力4个维度、19个胜任特征的模型。结论优秀普通精神科医师应具备该模型所需要的胜任特征,即除医学相关知识和信息外,还应具备社会学、心理学、经济学等非精神医学相关知识。

Objective To establish a competency model of general psychiatrists in Shanghai, in order to provide basis for the training, selection and employment of general psychiatrists. Methods Methods of literature analysis, structured interview and expert meeting were adopted to collect competency items which can be incorporated to the model and then created an initial model. Then a questionnaire was compiled for survey and data analysis, the reliability and validity of the competency model was constructed and verified. Results Having established a competency model of general psychiatrists, including 19 competence and 4 dimensions （new quality requirements, comprehensive capabilities, human interaction and psychiatric professional competence）. Conclusion A good general psychiatrists should, possess the competency items as the model required, besides the competence like relevant medical knowledge and information required, anexcellent general psychiatrists should also be equipped with relevant non-psychiatric medical knowledge in sociology, psychology, and economics etc.
