我院综合医疗药房西药贮藏现状总结分析

Status and conservation analysis of Western medicine storage in integrated medical pharmacy of our hospital

目的总结并分析吉林大学第一医院(以下简称"我院")综合医疗药房西药的贮藏现状,为加强西药贮藏管理及提高药品质量提供依据。方法 2016年1~5月对我院综合医疗药房920种西药的贮藏情况进行整理分析,以药品说明书中药品贮藏要求为依据,对不同属性药品的贮藏条件进行整理,分析不同剂型对药物贮藏温度的要求,再根据实际贮藏情况,总结达到贮藏要求温度的药品数,同时对不同剂型药品的有效期进行整理,以提示贮藏时限。结果 (1)生物制品温度的要求以冷藏(0~10℃)最多,达48种(77.42%);化学药品温度的要求以常温(10~30℃)最多,达438种(51.05%),生物制品对温度的要求更高。(2)不同剂型药品贮藏的温度要求中,针剂要求冷藏(0~10℃)的有42种(76.36%),片剂仅1种(1.82%),针剂对温度的要求更高。(3)在实际贮藏中有909种(98.80%)药物达到说明书中对药品温度的要求。(4)药品有效期以24个月和36个月为最多,有345种(37.5%)有效期为24个月,383种(41.63%)为36个月。结论我院综合医疗药房西药的贮藏基本规范,但仍需完善,要继续加强规范管理,并提高对药品有效期的敏感性,定期抽检,以保障药品质量及用药安全。

Objective To summarize and analyze the present situation of Western medicine in Comprehensive Medical Pharmacy of the First Hospital of Jilin University （＂our hospital＂ for short）, in order to provide basis for strengthening the management of Western medicine store and improving the quality of medicines： Methods From January to May 2016, the storage conditions of 920 kinds of Western medicine in our hospital were analyzed. Based on the requirements of drug storage, the storage conditions of different drugs were sorted and analyzed. According to the actual storage conditions, summed up the number of drugs to achieve the required siorage temperature, while the validity of different formulations of drugs to sort out to remind the storage time limit. Results ①The temperature of biological products was up to 48 kinds （77.42%） under refrigeration （0-10℃）. The temperature at room temperature （10-30℃） of chemical products was the most, which had 438 kinds （51.05%）. Biological products required temperature in the higher level. ②Among the temperature requirements of different formulations of drug storage, refrigeration had been required by 42 species （76.36%） of injection, and only one tablet （1.82%）. The injection required temperature in the higher level. ③909 kinds of drugs （98.80%） in the actual storage had achieved the instructions on the temperature of the drug requirements. ④The effective periods of drugs were most in 24 months and 36 months. 345 kinds （37.5%） were valid for 24 months and 383 kinds （41.63%） were valid for 36 months. Conclusion The storage standard of Western Medicine in Comprehensive Medical Pharmacy of our hospital is basic norm, but sill need to be improved, should strengthen the standard of management, and improve the sensitivity of medicine validity date, regularly sampling, in order to ensure the qu.ality and safety of drugs.
