基于共引分析的艾滋病疫苗技术前沿研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨艾滋病疫苗技术的研究现状及其发展态势。方法以艾滋病疫苗为主题在Web of science数据库中检索研究论文,用TDA软件进行数据清洗和处理,采用共引分析方法,借助Ucinet和SPSS数据分析工具,从论文的国家/地区分布、国家/地区合作网络和被引文献等计量指标入手进行统计分析。结果研究发现2011年以来艾滋病疫苗技术领域论文主要集中在美国、英国等国家,其中中国论文数量排在第4位;中国在艾滋病疫苗技术领域国际合作较少;通过研究得出HIV-1可溶性膜蛋白三聚体结构研究、HIV/AIDS动物模型研究等9个艾滋病疫苗技术的前沿领域。结论近年来国际上艾滋病疫苗技术研究领域发展迅速,但我国的研究实力相对美国等发达国家仍比较薄弱。 Objective To discuss the research situation and development trend of AIDS vaccine technology. Methods The research papers about the theme of AIDS vaccine technology from the Web of science database were retrieved, the data was cleaned and managed by TDA software. The development trend from the country/region distribution, country/ region cooperation network, cited literature and other aspects were made statistical analysis by the method of co-citation analysis and visual tools such as Ucinet and SPSS. Results The research found that AIDS vaccine technology in the field of papers has been mainly concentrated in the United States, Britain and other countries since 2011, of which, the number of Chinese papers ranked fourth. The international cooperation in the AIDS vaccine field of China was less. There were 9 frontier fields of AIDS vaccine technologies through the research such as structure of a soluble cleaved HIV-1 envelope trimer, the research on animal model of HIV/AIDS. Conclusion In recent years, the research of AIDS vaccine technology has developed rapidly in the world, but the research strength of our country is still relatively weak compared with developed countries such as the United states.
