课程资源到学生素养的转化理路与实践反思 被引量:6

摘要 课程资源作为一种特殊的资源形式,备受教育教学研究者的关注。基于当前以"核心素养"为教育主题的新时期,如何把课程资源与学生素养有机统一起来是一个急需解决的关键问题。课程资源与学生素养有着必然的内在关联。课程资源必须经过教学环节方能具体转化为学生素养,其转化路线为:课程资源——课程内容——教学内容——学习内容——学生素养。课程资源转化为学生素养必须满足二者实际存在关联、教育教学理念科学、教学行为有效、物质条件丰足等四个条件;必须遵循生本性、动态性、有效性和简约性等原则。在实践中,时常出现课程资源与学生素养错位、师生在课程与教学理解上存在偏差等现象,可基于目标、主体、行为、手段和知识本身等角度设计其优化思路。 Curriculum resources, a special form of resources, have attracted the attention of researchers in ed- ucation and teaching. Based on the "core competencies" as the theme of education in the new era, how to unify curriculum resources with students' competencies is a key issue for urgent solution, because curriculum resources and students' competencies have a natural innate relationship. Curriculum resources can be transformed into students' competencies through the teaching process in the following route: curriculum resources--curriculum con- tents--teaching contents--learning contents--students' competencies. The transformation of curriculum resources into students ' competencies must meet four conditions, i.e. the necessary correlation between curriculum resources and students' competencies, scientific education and teaching concepts, effective teaching behaviors, and abun- dant material conditions. Moreover, efforts must also be made to follow the principle of student-orientedness, dyna- mism, effectiveness and simplicity. In practice, there are often such phenomena as the dislocation between curricu- lure resources and students' competencies as well as the deviation in the understanding between students and teachers. The optimization ideas can be designed based on goals, ods and knowledge itself. of curriculum and teaching subjects, behavior, methods and knowledge itself.
