摘要
急性肾损伤以其较高的发病率和死亡率,已成为影响人类健康的全球性公共卫生问题。探索和制定急性肾损伤的治疗策略,特别是优化急性肾损伤肾脏替代治疗模式是改善急性肾损伤预后的重要手段,对降低急性肾损伤不良预后,改善急性肾损伤生存质量,实现急性肾损伤"0 by 25"计划具有极其重要的意义。
Nowadays,with the high morbidity and mortality, acute kidney injury （AKI） had become the major public health problem threatening human health all over the world. To explore and establish the treatment methods of AKI, optimize the renal replacement therapy patterns in AKI are important strategys to improve the prognosis of AKI. These strategys have very important significance to reduce the poor prognosis of AKI,improve the life quality of AKI and realize the AKI ＂0 by 25＂ plan.
