摘要
在国内外火电厂大型锅炉风机设备中,存在风量测量装置系统复杂、测量精度低、可靠性不高、系统阻力损失增大及对风机运行工况不能做到直观监视等方面的缺点。为解决以上问题,研发了风机风量测量计算技术,该项技术主要是运用理论计算方法,将风机现有的运行参数输入PLC数控装置,计算得到风机流量,能够实现通过流量特性曲线画面实时在线监视风机运行工况功能。
The air quantity of boiler fan is an important monitoring data in the operation. The air quantity measurement device system is complex,low accuracy,low reliability,increasing the system resistance loss and not direct monitoring in the operation,etc. In order to solve the above problem,fan air volume measurement computing technology is developed,the technology mainly uses theoretical calculation method,inputting the fan operating parameters into PLC numerical control device. Fan flow is calculated,fan operation can be monitored online through flow characteristic curve.
