摘要
燃煤电厂烟气中高浓度SO_3的存在,不仅会使烟囱出口出现"蓝羽"现象,而且会对锅炉系统结构造成污染和腐蚀,严重影响机组运行。针对这一现象,采用了控制冷凝法对某电厂烟气进行SO_3排放浓度取样测试,运用重量法对结果进行处理,分析了不同工况下SO_3浓度的变化,探讨了烟气中SO_3的发生机理和SO_3在锅炉系统各环节的产生与转化过程,为电厂抑制和脱除SO_3提供思路。
Chimney outlet forms blue or yellow plume because of high concentration SO3 in flue gas of coal fired power plant,this phenomenon can cause pollution and corrosion to boiler system structure,also severely affects unit operation. According to the phenomenon,this paper tests SO3 concentration by controlled condensation method,deals with the results by weight method. Concentration changes are analyzed,the mechanism,generation and transformation process of SO3 are discussed. This results offer a reference for power plants.
