摘要 在提倡环保节能的大环境下,供电公司的客户服务领域将由单一的供电营销向全面指导用户优化用电方式和节能减排的方向拓展。考虑电力用户的环保节能水平,构建了低碳经济下电力客户价值指标体系,并提出了运用入侵杂草聚类算法评价电力客户价值的新方法。对某市10个工业客户实证分析表明,新算法能有效提高收敛速度和避免陷入局部最优,对聚类性能有较大的提升。通过对电力客户数据进行客观、科学的挖掘分析,实现了对电力大客户全面、准确细分和评价,为供电企业制定有针对性的营销策略提供了依据。 Under the environment of advocating energy saving and environmental protection,the customer service of power supply companies will develop from single power supply marketing to guide users to optimize power utility manners and energy saving emission reduction. Considering the environmental protection and energy saving level of power customer,a customer value evaluation index system in low-carbon economy is constructed and a new method to evaluate power customer value is proposed,this method with clustering algorithm is optimized by invasive weed optimization( IWO) and applied to evaluate ten industrial customers of given city. The results show that the convergence speed is improved effectively and local optima can be avoided and the performance of clustering is enhanced greatly. As a consequence,it leads to a comprehensive and accurate segmentation and evaluation for key electric power account,which provides the basis for power supply enterprises #to make targeted marketing strategy.
