摘要
通过对内悬浮双摇臂抱杆的技术改造,内悬浮改为座地式,人工绞磨提升,升降变幅改为液压自动顶升,自动升降变幅,人工拖拽旋转改为自动旋转,增大不平衡力矩,增长回转半径,提高了抱杆性能和安全性,改变了原抱杆组立输电线路铁塔安全性差、施工人员多、劳动强度大、效率低等不足,并满足组立特高压输电线路钢管塔的要求。改造对充分利用已有抱杆、减少购置投入、节约施工成本、有效提高施工装备水平具有重要的实际意义。
Through the technological transformation of internal suspension double rocker arm,the inner suspension type is transferred seat type,manual lifting and the lifting amplitude are changed into hydraulic automatic lifting,automatic lifting amplitude,manual drag rotation is changed into automatic rotation which increases the unbalance torque and the gyration radius,improves the performance and security,changes many problems such as low safety of original holding rod group high-voltage transmission line tower,high labor intensity and low efficiency. It can meet the requirements of the erection for ultra high voltage transmission line steel tower. The transformation has important practical significance for full using of existing arms,reducing purchase investment,saving construction costs and effectively improving the level of construction equipment.
