摘要
针对海洋极为复杂的特定环境,基于雷达产品中液压缸的工作特点及腐蚀特性,对液压系统的缸体材料、涂覆等进行了重点论述。通过采用液压缸体滚压成形和复合涂覆等工艺方法,提升了液压系统的抗腐蚀能力,进而提高了雷达产品在海洋环境下使用的适应性。
In view of the extremely complicated environment of oceans, the cylinder body materials and coatings of hydraulic systems are discussed based on the operating characteristics and corrosion of hydraulic cylinders in radar products. The utilization of techniques, such as hydraulic cylinder rolling forming and composite coating, strengthens the resistance to corrosion of hydraulic system and then improves the adaptability of radar products in oceans.
