摘要
火电机组中调节阀通常用于重要系统中,日常的应用对阀门提出了高可靠性的要求,阀门设计的重点内容需要可靠性量化分析作为支撑和依据。通过建立可靠性数学模型,以火电机组中常见的蒸汽调节阀作为研究对象,对阀门的主要零部件进行了可靠性分配和可靠性预计的量化性分析。从可靠性量化分析的数据中得知,影响阀门的可靠性关键因素在于阀体,这为阀门设计时提供了理论支持和数据支撑,并指出设计时需要对阀体的安全性等可靠性因素进行重视,从而保证阀门整体的可靠性。
Control valve is usually used for important system in thermal power plant. The valve needs to be high reliable in daily use. The reliability quantitative analysis serves as the support and basis in valve design. By establishing the reliability mathematical model and setting the steam control valve as the research object, the quantitative analysis of reliability distribution and reliability prediction is done for main components of valve. The data of the quantitative analysis of reliability points out that the key factor affecting the reliability is the valve body, which provides theoretical support and data support for valve design. Furthermore, it is also pointed out that we should pay attention to safety and other reliability factors of the valve body to ensure the overall reliability of the valve.
