摘要
为满足履带式装甲车辆高机动性能、轻量化的发展需求,通过应用Pro/E软件进行三维方案结构设计,研制了一种组合金属框架式履带。该履带在板体结构上有了较大创新,首次采用了锻造框架组合结构,与现有的铸造或锻造履带的板体结构有较大差异,可避免铸造或锻造板体因成型需要而产生的材料冗余,解决了履带板体强度与质量之间的矛盾。其零部件采用小部件组合形式,零部件通用性好,可扩展不同规格履带,不需大型加工制造设备,降低了制造成本和能耗。其具有良好的工艺性、经济性和可拓展性,并且具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。
To satisfy the high mobility and lightweight requirements of tracked armored vehicle, Pro/E is used to design three-dimensional scheme structure and a kind of composite metal frame track is developed. It is a great innovation for the plate body structure that the forging frame combination structure is firstly adopted. And it is different from existing casting and forging plate body structure. The material redundancy from casting and forging plate body for shaping could be avoided and the contradiction between strength and weight of track plate body could be eliminated. Using small parts combination, the components could be well commonly used and applied on different specification track and frame components. Because of not needing large machining manufacture equipment on frame components, its manufacture cost and energy loss is lowered. With good craft, economy and expanding, the track has broad application prospect and promotion value.
